ShiftNails Terms and Conditions

1. Orders & Pricing

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to product availability and our approval.

  • Pricing Accuracy:

    • Product prices are displayed in USD and valid at the time of publication.

    • We reserve the right to update prices without notice.

    • If a pricing error occurs, we will:

      • Notify you to cancel or reorder at the correct price.

      • Cancel your order and issue a full refund if unable to contact you.

  • Currency Conversion: Prices in other currencies (if displayed) are automatically calculated and for reference only.


2. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness of website information (e.g., product descriptions, images).

  • Our liability for any breach of these terms is limited to the total value of your order.


3. Order Confirmation

  • You will receive:

    • An order confirmation email upon submission.

    • A dispatch notification email with tracking details once shipped.


4. Stock Availability

  • If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you promptly with revised timelines.

  • Product images may be illustrative; slight variations may occur in handmade items.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Ensure all order details (e.g., address, contact) are correct. You are liable for costs arising from errors.

  • Intellectual Property: Copying, reproducing, or publishing any website content (images, text, etc.) is strictly prohibited.


6. Payment Methods

  • PayPal Only:

    • All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

    • You may use a credit/debit card via PayPal without a PayPal account.

  • Payment Verification:

    • Transactions are subject to validation by PayPal or your card issuer.

    • If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
