Thank you for choosing ShiftNails. Our products are handcrafted with care, and while we strive for perfection, slight variations may occur. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Timeframe:
You may request a return/exchange within 7 business days from the delivery date. Final Sale items are excluded unless confirmed defective. -
Condition Requirements:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags securely attached.

Provide clear photos showing the item(s) and attached tags.

Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items with removed tags or signs of use.

Final Sale items (marked as "Last Chance" on the product page).

Returns due to subjective preferences (e.g., color/size dissatisfaction).

Items lost/damaged due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

We will respond with a return authorization code (RMA) and instructions within 24 hours.

DO NOT ship to the carrier’s waybill address. Unauthorized packages will be refused.

Use a tracked shipping method and retain the tracking number. ShiftNails is not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds: Upon approval, a gift card valid for 12 months will be emailed to your order’s email address.

Exchanges:

For a higher-priced item: Pay the difference.

For a lower-priced item: Receive a gift card for the difference.

Defective Items: We will replace the item or issue a gift card (provide photos of issues like broken holes, unsewn seams, etc.).

4. Shipping & Responsibilities

All return/exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (including defective items).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do NOT provide prepaid return labels.

ShiftNails is NOT liable for:

Customs fees, taxes, or seized packages.

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered items due to incorrect shipping information.

5. Final Sale Items

Clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.

No returns/exchanges unless defective (confirmed by our team).

Unauthorized Final Sale returns will be refused and returned to sender.
